Dental Assistant

Jem is a healthcare professional with background in Dentistry and Community-based support services. She earned her Pre-Dentistry and Doctor of Dental Medicine degree with training in Orthodontics and has been a licensed and practicing Dentist in the Philippines since 2010, then later in 2016, she qualified as a Registered Dental Hygienist in Saudi Arabia and worked for 2 years.

In 2024, Jem moved to New Zealand to pursue further studies in Community Healthcare and Support. After completing her qualification, she began working concurrently as a support worker and a dental assistant, combining clinical expertise with compassionate care.

Outside of work, Jem loves traveling and exploring the natural wonders of New Zealand with her daughter and partner.
