Maya worked as a dental assistant at Noble Dental for three years before graduating from Auckland University of Technology as a registered Oral Health Therapist.

During her studies, she continued working at Noble Dental and gained further experience through dental temping, allowing her to work alongside a wide range of dental professionals and broaden her clinical knowledge and skills. This exposure strengthened her interest in periodontal health and preventive care, an area she believes deserves greater focus and awareness.

Maya is passionate about improving her patients’ gum health and supporting long-term oral wellness. She has a friendly, patient-centered approach and ensures that her patients feel comfortable throughout their appointment.

Outside of work, she enjoys watching social documentaries and exploring New Zealand
