Penny has been in the dental industry for many years, having completed her Certificate in Dental Assisting in 1995. Since then she has worked at Middlemore Hospital, and in Orthodontics.

She is kept busy with her three children and small lifestyle farm. She also enjoys mountain biking on different tracks around New Zealand in her spare time.
