All-on-4 dental implants cost NZ
How much do All-on-4 dental implants cost in New Zealand?
In Auckland, All-on-4 treatment ranges from $18,000 to $30,000 per arch. That's a full set of fixed teeth, top or bottom, supported by just four implants.
So why four implants and not more? The two rear implants are placed at an angle, which lets them use existing bone without needing grafts in most cases. Less surgery, fewer appointments, lower cost than replacing every tooth individually. You still get a full arch of fixed, non-removable teeth on the same day.
Compare that to individual implants for every tooth, which can run $6,000-$8,000 per tooth. For a full arch of 10-12 teeth, that's $60,000-$96,000. All-on-4 gives most patients a clinically comparable outcome at a fraction of that.
What's included in the cost? At Noble Dental, the treatment covers your CBCT scans and planning, implant surgery with a specialist periodontist, and your fixed temporary teeth on the day. The final permanent arch is placed after osseointegration, typically 3-4 months later.
Some cases need bone grafting beforehand, which adds cost. But All-on-4 was designed to minimise that need by using the angled rear implants to find denser bone.
Payment plans make it more manageable. Noble Dental offers 12 months interest-free through Q Card on treatment over $300. Many patients spread the cost over 12-24 months.
